The World Halal Union (WHU). It examines formulas, raw materials, and manufacturing, and monitors this through regular audits. Each Halal1 product is certified individually.

Not automatically. Vegan refers to the animal origin of the ingredients. Halal goes further and also considers factors such as alcohol as a solvent and the manufacturing process. That is why we check not only the ingredients, but also the formulation and production.

No. Our gummies are bound with pectin, a gelling agent derived from fruit. Our capsule shells are made of cellulose.

No. Our products are formulated without added alcohol.

From beef. Our collagen products are also halal-certified.

Because additives such as release agents can also be crucial for halal conformity. You usually cannot identify their origin on the label. We check and document them.

No. Halal1 is for everyone who wants to know what is in their health products. Whether you come to us for reasons of faith, out of conviction, or out of curiosity is entirely up to you.

Many, but not all. Our collagen, for example, is bovine-derived. Whether a product is vegan is stated on the respective product page.

Yes. It is sweetened with maltitol and sorbitol. These have a particularity that we don't want to withhold from you: they can have a laxative effect in larger quantities. Therefore, please stick to the recommended amount.

That depends on the products and their dosage. Pay particular attention to nutrients that appear multiple times. Vitamin D, for example, can also be included in a multivitamin. If you are taking medication or are unsure about the combination, check with your doctor's office or pharmacy.

The age recommendation is on every product. Important for all Kids Gummies: They look like candy, but they are not. Keep them out of your child's reach.

Keep dry, away from light, and not too warm. Exact instructions can be found on the package. Gummies do not like heat. On a windowsill in August, they quickly stick together.

Yes. Biotin can falsify laboratory results. Tell your doctor that you are taking biotin before having blood drawn.

Dietary supplements are legally classified as food. They supplement the diet and must not be used to treat diseases. Medicinal products must be officially approved before they can be sold. Halal1 offers both, and we strictly keep them separate.

No. Our non-prescription medicines are only available from pharmacies. You can purchase them through pharmacies, but not in our shop. There, you can also receive advice on how to use them if needed.

Halal1 is a pharmaceutical company and bears legal responsibility for the medicinal products that we place on the market under our name. These medicinal products are approved in Germany. Furthermore, we hold an official authorization for the wholesale distribution of medicinal products for human use.

Usually within 1 to 3 working days. Orders received by 2 p.m. on working days are generally dispatched via DHL on the same day.

Yes, to Packstations and DHL Paketshops. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to DHL shipment tracking. It may take up to 24 hours for DHL to display the first status update.

About Klarna. Subject to a positive credit check by Klarna. Your specific payment deadline will be displayed to you at the time of purchase and on the Klarna invoice.

Yes. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please send us a clear statement to this effect; you do not need to provide a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will be happy to provide you with the return address.

The seal is the deciding factor. For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires if you remove the seal after delivery. You can find the details in our cancellation policy.

Upon request, we can provide you with a DHL return label. If you use it, we will deduct €2.50 from your refund. You may also return the items yourself at your own expense; in that case, the flat fee will not apply.

We are sorry about that. Please write to us with your order number and a brief description. In the case of shipping damage, photos of the box and the product help us. We will take care of it and get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
