  • Microcrystalline cellulose: A bulking agent made from plant fibres. It gives the tablet its shape, because the amount of vitamin D itself is tiny.
  • Cholecalciferol: The chemical name for vitamin D3.
  • Magnesium salts of fatty acids: The anti-caking agent. It stops the mixture from sticking during pressing. Like every ingredient we use, it is halal-certified and its origin is documented.

Take 1 tablet every 2.5 days, with a meal and 200 ml of liquid.

Taking a tablet every two and a half days is not an easy schedule to remember. A reminder on your phone helps. The upside is that one container lasts more than a year. And please don't take any other vitamin D products alongside it, not even our D3 + K2 Gummies.

Vitamin D is a special case among vitamins. Most of it is made by the skin itself when exposed to UVB radiation. Between October and March, sunlight in Germany is usually not strong enough for this. Only a small proportion comes from food, mainly oily sea fish and eggs.

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) gives an estimated value for adults of 20 µg (800 IU) per day if the body cannot make vitamin D itself.

For conversion: 1 µg of vitamin D equals 40 IU (International Units). So 2,500 IU is 62.5 µg per tablet. Because vitamin D is fat-soluble and can be stored in the body, it does not have to be taken every day.

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
  • For adults aged 18 and over. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Other food supplements or medicinal products containing vitamin D should not be taken unless recommended by a doctor.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of the reach of young children.

Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature. Close the container tightly after use.
