  • Maltitol, sorbitol: Sugar substitutes. They sweeten without sugar, but can have a laxative effect in larger amounts.
  • Pectins: A gelling agent from fruits such as apples and citrus peel. It replaces gelatine.
  • Magnesium citrate: Magnesium bound to citric acid.
  • Citric acid: Provides the fresh, slightly sour taste.
  • Black carrot juice: Gives the gummy its colour.
  • Natural flavouring: Provides the wild berry flavour.
  • Carnauba wax, coconut oil: The anti-caking agents. Carnauba wax comes from the leaves of a Brazilian palm. Both make sure the gummies don't stick together.

Take 2 gummies (2.5 g each) daily.

The gummies provide less magnesium than our capsule, 120 instead of 200 mg. In return, you don't have to swallow anything. And two gummies are the daily dose, not the starter.

Magnesium citrate is magnesium bound to citric acid. It dissolves well in water, which makes it easy to work into fruit gummies.

For us, sugar-free means sweetened with maltitol and sorbitol. These are so-called sugar alcohols. The name suggests alcohol, but they don't contain any. They also occur naturally in fruit and, in larger amounts, are known for their laxative effect. That is why the warning is on every container.

Pectin is a dietary fibre from fruit that gels when cooked. In our gummies it replaces the gelatine found in many conventional fruit gummies.

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
  • Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of the reach of young children.

Store in a dry, cool place away from light, ideally below 15 °C and not above 24 °C. Avoid direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations. Otherwise, the gummies will stick together.

For anyone who would rather avoid capsules. Two gummies a day provide 120 mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate, almost a third of the reference intake. The colour comes from black carrot juice, the sweetness from maltitol and sorbitol, and the shape from pectin instead of gelatine.

No water needed, no capsule stuck in your throat. Just two gummies that taste of wild berries.
